I spent 15+ years as a social worker, walking alongside people during some of the hardest moments of their lives. Crisis. Transition. Loss. Feeling completely lost.
And you know what I learned? Most people don't need more advice — they need someone who's been there.
I earned my Master's in Adult Educational Administration, but my real education came from sitting with hundreds of people in housing transitions, career pivots, and life upheavals. I helped build community programs from the ground up. I learned how to meet people where they are — not where society says they should be.
I'm not a coach who read a book and decided to help people. I've lived this work. I've seen what happens when someone gets the right support at the right moment — and I've seen what happens when they don't.
